On the morning of the Euro 2020 final, my nephew said to me that he couldn't understand why he felt nervous. I explained the nervousness is in the unified energy field of the world and he was picking it up. For those of us who remember the death of Diana, Princess of Wales, there was shock and grief in the atmosphere too; it went on for months, maybe even still a bit here. The reason I knew it existed was because the day before had felt so different and boom - a huge shift in energy.
Over the past 15 months, the fear, anxiety and for some, anger around Covid 19, particularly picked up when reading or watching the TV about it, has been creeping up on us and we've been unaware of the build up. The increase in mental health issues is partly because of this phenomenon. So many of my clients, old and young, have been confused as to the reason why they have been struggling. "I've never had a panic attack before". "I have no idea why I feel like this". "I shouldn't be feeling like this".
We are around 70% water so consider this...

Japanese, Dr Emoto, did an experiment on tap water and watched it create beautiful crystal shapes under a microscope whilst a group held hands and sent loving gratitude to the water. Click here to watch it.

Lynne Mc Taggart, international best-selling author, has been running intention experiments with seed germination. Sending loving intentions to a seed group increased the growth compared to seeds which were not sent love. Click here to find out more about it.
So with this in mind, think about the current energy around us and how it is affecting our bodies as well as our minds, particularly when so much of us is water. All I will say, and I've said it before, switch off the stressful programs on the pandemic and surround yourself with loving people. Avoid negative people or situations and make sure everything we say is positive, kind and loving.
By putting ourselves in the light, our energy will emanate to others and they will feel the benefit. It will ripple out. That's what we all need to be doing, every one, in every country in the world.
