Lulu previously ran her own online retail business. Her interest in health and healing began when in Florida, recovering from a divorce, a friend gave her a Craniosacral Therapy treatment that she had won in a raffle.  Lulu was feeling stressed, broken and lacking in self-confidence and that one treatment blew it all away.  She was extremely impressed.  There began the journey.

In 2011, she studied Anatomy and Physiology then began training in CST.  In 2013, she graduated from the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust in London.  Following on from that she has also done several post graduate trainings in trauma, has also studied with Richard Kramer on Working with Babies and with Satya Shepherd on her course Family Affair which is a mothers, babies and children course.

In 2018 Lulu completed a post-graduate training in Equine Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy but currently is not treating horses due to excessive demand from humans.

Lulu is also a Level II Reiki practitioner under the Usui lineage. In 2022 she completed Psychological Trauma-informed Diploma run by Gail Donnan and Psychic Surgery course by Dale Tobin.

Within her sessions, Lulu follows her psychic intuition and will often use a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches. Occasionally she clears attached souls, helping them go to the light. She advises on breath work, and other self-help exercises to help you with coming into relationship with your body.  No two sessions are the same!

All new clients will be expected to commit to a minimum of 6 sessions.  Babies and young children, a minimum of 3 sessions.  The first step is to book a telephone consultation when we will chat to ascertain whether or not you will be suited to this type of therapy.  Occasionally you will be referred to another therapist, either in-house or elsewhere.

The first session for an adult is £75 (an hour and a half) and subsequent sessions (an hour) are £60.
