Recently I was interviewed by 'The Stray Ferret' for a story about SAD - Seasonal Affective Disorder. It's a timely look at this type of depression, that comes and goes in a seasonal pattern, more common in the winter months. The article looks at how SAD can affect one in 15 of us, and signs that you might be suffering from the 'winter blues.'
