Am I Doing Enough?

A Journey from Self-Doubt to Empowerment
This morning, I woke up with a familiar question whispering in my mind: "Am I doing enough?" As an empath and healer, dedicated to helping others heal and find their paths, it's easy to fall into the trap of self-doubt, measuring my worth by the number of clients I see or the visible impact I make. Many of you will know what I mean.
But as I sat with that thought, I realized it carried a sense of lack, a belief that somehow, what I was doing wasn't sufficient. So I chose to reframe it, turn it into a positive (one of my mottos). I reflected on the lives I've touched, the individuals who found healing, the families who discovered new harmony, the babies and children who grew up feeling more balanced and understood. And those who have read my book. Each person I've connected with has carried that healing forward, creating ripples that extend far beyond what I can see.
In this shift of perspective, I found peace. My soul spoke to me with a wave of gratitude. I am exactly where I need to be, doing exactly what I need to do. And sometimes, the most important thing is to trust in that ripple effect, knowing that even when it feels like we're not doing enough, we are making a difference in ways we can't always see.
Just thought I'd share it with you.
Love and light always.
