CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

Emotional or physical blockages can be deeply manifested in the physiology of the body so this therapy is particularly suitable for releasing trauma.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (CST) promotes physical, psychological and emotional well-being. Throughout our lives, factors such as accidents, injuries, stresses and emotional problems can affect the expression of the fluid rhythms within the body.  As a result of these factors and over time, areas can become stuck or blocked.  CST recognises the blocked-up energy, with the practitioner enabling it to be released allowing healing to naturally occur.

I, using light touch, can palpate the subtle rhythmic movements, a natural self-healing force called potency.  This motion is centred around the cerebrospinal fluid that bathes our spinal cord and brain. CST enables the body to self-regulate and come into balance. It is a powerful yet gentle form of treatment.

Having had more than ten years of experience, I have discovered I can attune with the soul itself.  It feels like I'm in conversation with it.  Sometimes it will need clearing, other times, turning over but I allow it to do what it needs to do.  When dealing with the soul, it is important to 'allow' not 'do'.  I also link in with any past life or ancestral lineage that may need attention.

All new clients will be expected to first book a telephone consultation when we will chat to ascertain whether or not you will be suited to this type of therapy.  Occasionally you will be referred to another therapist.

Charges for appointments are £80 (an hour and a half) for the first treatment and £65 per hour for follow-on treatments.
