SPORTS AND PREGNANCY
Laura is currently on maternity leave and will be back in February 2021.
Sports Massage is one of the best ways to help reduce aches and pains, whether caused by sport, injury, or the stresses and strains of everyday life. By using a range of techniques including Soft Tissue Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique, Neuromuscular Technique and Myofascial Release Technique, Laura will help alleviate any pain, stress or tension in your body that she finds.
Laura has had further training and qualifications in Pregnancy massage, so is able to support the pregnant mother from 12 weeks of pregnancy. She has pregnancy bolsters so you can lie extremely comfortably on your front, right up to your due date. Women find this extremely beneficial throughout their pregnancy especially helping to relieve sciatica, hip, lower back, rib and shoulder pain, pelvic symphysis pain and oedema/swelling of the legs.
